Had a really great day at Sarah and Michaels wedding. The sun was shining, it was Easter bank holiday and as well as covering the wedding Sarah wanted to use the time to take mother and baby shots as well.
We arrived early at Sarah and Michael house and quickly got involved to cover the pre wedding preparations. Michael was putting his last minutes touches together before setting off and Sarah was finishing up with hair and makeup whilst the bridesmaids were having fun in the background and the baby completely unaware was a delight/ fast becoming a star of the show.
Before we set off for Devonport House in Greenwich we took the mother and baby photographs and were thrilled to find we were working with a real pro in Emilia, Sarah and Michaels baby who was happy to be the centre of attention and laughed her way through it. The bride then followed with her father at the helm in a vintage sports car, the top down and the radio on- loved it!!!
After the ceremony with the guests enjoying drinks and congratulating the couple we set ourselves up for the “group shots”. The weather was beautiful and it’s so true what they say you can judge someone by their friends and they were as open, wiling and appreciative as Sarah and Michael making the day a real pleasure. We finished up taking some shots of Sarah and Michael in the grounds, sharing private (or not so private) moments together and left the whole entourage to the rest of their day. We were delighted with how the day went and Nobuyuki and I went off for afternoon tea at the Park Lane!!!!
